Production & Lead Times

Each 3D Printed Pal is made to order, meaning production time varies.

Standard processing time is 3-5 business days, but some designs may take longer based on size, complexity, and current order volume.

If a model has an extended lead time, it will be noted on the product page.
Estimated Lead Times by Model:

Standard models: 3-5 business days

Large or intricate models: 5-7 business days

Special Edition or Custom models: 7-10 business days

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom-made nature of 3D Printed Pals, we do not accept returns.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging to arrange a replacement.
Changes to Your Order

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed.
