Production & Lead Times

  • Each 3D Printed Pal is made to order, meaning production time varies.

  • Standard processing time is 3-5 business days, but some designs may take longer based on size, complexity, and current order volume.

  • If a model has an extended lead time, it will be noted on the product page.

Estimated Lead Times by Model:

  • Standard models: 3-5 business days

  • Large or intricate models: 5-7 business days

  • Special Edition or Custom models: 7-10 business days

We appreciate your patience as each piece is carefully crafted just for you! If you have a deadline in mind, feel free to reach out before ordering.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We currently ship within the United States (expand as needed).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times after shipping:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Note: These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within the lead time listed above (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • If an order experiences unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once shipped.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local postal service.

  • If your order has not arrived within 10 days of the expected delivery date, contact us at [Your Email] for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or international locations (modify if needed).

  • Some 3D-printed products may have shipping restrictions due to size or weight.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom-made nature of 3D Printed Pals, we do not accept returns.

  • However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging to arrange a replacement.

Changes to Your Order

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed.

  • If you need to update your shipping address before your order ships, please contact us immediately.
